Memorial Day Gingham

Happy Memorial Day weekend!

Did we get lucky or what with this amazing weather? Just when I thought we would be rained out all weekend long, it's been nothing short of gorgeous. We now have the all clear for white on white on white as we celebrate the kick off of (almost) summer. Even as I am writing this, I'm sitting at an adorable indoor/outdoor restaurant drinking a fruity cocktail with my lovely friend Sarah. Can I can an "amen?"

I thought this would be the perfect little outfit to share on Memorial Day weekend. One of my favorite spring and summer activities is to stroll along the lakefront on a beautiful morning with coffee or rent bikes to take a weekend ride up and down the path. This linen gingham tunic is perfect for pairing with denim or even white jeans/shorts to make the navy pop. It would even be cute to toss over your swimsuit when out on the beach all day. Now, who wants to go to the ocean with me?
