Celebrate U-Day!

If you've been following me on Instagram you might have seen my exciting news - I'm working with Aerie as one of their ambassadors! Over the past two years, I frequently worked with the brand here and there, so it's exciting that I'm really working with them now! I've been so excited about their #AerieReal campaign, featuring models of all sizes in unretouched photos, for quite some time. It really means a lot for a brand of this caliber to challenge supermodel standards and show that being real is the ultimate beauty. If being an ambassador means means supporting that - then I am 1,000% in!

This Valentine's Day U-Day, celebrate YOU and everything that makes YOU happy! Whether that's staying in and taking an extra long bath, dancing around in a t-shirt to your favorite music or taking a trip to get your favorite ice cream... wait maybe that's just me? - then you should totally do it! I'm very much a girls girl and always love getting together for Galentine's Day events, Bachelor viewing parties and Friday popcorn and movie nights, but I'm sooo not a Valentine's Day girl. I'm not too sure what the turn off is because I love a good bouquet of flowers, but maybe it's just the entire holiday theme in general? Either way, U-Day sounds much more up my alley.

If you have a minute, head over to the Aerie blog to take a look at the new campaign by the All Women Project. The project was "started last year by Charli Howard and Clementine Desseaux to challenge the "standard" definition of beauty as show in fashion and the media." The photos are stunning black and white portraits of the most beautiful women of all ages, shapes and sizes. I'm even happy to say say I had the chance to meet one of the women featured, Hollie Rilinger. If you're a big Bravo fan like I am, you might recognize her from Cycle House. She came to Chicago last year, and I totally fan girl-ed over her while she kicked our butts at Flywheel! She was so kind and such an inspiring instructor.
